Estimate Turnaround Time
Upon acceptance of the quote and payment, estimates are typically provided within 2 to 3 business days. The accuracy of the quote depends on the variations chosen in the package, and the actual duration for completion will be determined by the final scope of the project.
Payment Security
We utilize Razorpay Payment Gateway to ensure the confidentiality of your financial data, allowing you to conveniently pay via Credit Card or Debit Card. Upon receipt of your project details, we'll send a Razorpay Invoice. Payment can be made via mobile or desktop.
Refund and Cancellation
Refunds are only available if an estimate is cancelled within 2 hours of payment. Once work on the project commences, no refunds will be issued.
Confidentiality
Customers are encouraged to notify us if they wish to keep their information confidential. In such cases, a Non-Disclosure Agreement will be prepared and mutually approved. Otherwise, Winqualis Consulting Pvt. Ltd., with its brand Optimar Precon, reserves the right to utilize provided information for marketing purposes, including testimonials, personal/company names, logos, project details, and cost estimates.
Insurance and Guarantees
We do not offer additional insurance or financial guarantees as our estimates serve as guidelines for final pricing, not definitive figures.
Shipping
Since our software is entirely digital, we do not ship physical products. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to our construction estimation service.
